Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Department Montoursville reported the following incidents:
Nov. 21 to Feb. 1, Police reported that an unknown actor opened a Verizon Wireless account with information belonging to Marilyn Myers, 47. The incident is currently under investigation.
March 1 to March 28, Police reported that unkonwn actors pried open a rear door to The Stable Bar, 98 Upper Powys Road, Lewis Township. Once inside, the actors removed speakers and amplifies and damaged an ATM and juke box. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.
9:14 a.m. March 5, Police reported that Adam Westover, 42, of Montoursville, was stopped for a traffic violation. Westover was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Further investigation revealed that Westover was under the influence of a controlled substance. Charges have been filed.
8:30 p.m. March 8, Police reported that Shakira Allen, 25, of East Orange, N.J., was stopped for a traffic violation. Allen was found to be in posession of marijuana and further investigation revealed that she was under the influence of a controlled substance. Charges are pending.
March 13 to March 20, Police were called to a Loyalsock residence to investigate the theft of prescription medication, cash, and other items of value from Connie Oeler, 72, and Jon Oeler, 77. Through investigation, police discovered that the couple's grandson, Jeremiah Meckley, 24, of Williamsport stole the items. Police also discovered that Meckley had stolen items from his sister, Abbie Meckley, 22, of Williamsport. Felony drug charges and misdemeanor theft charges have been filed.
6:45 p.m. March 23, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Christina Shoemaker, 35, of Montgomery, was traveling west on State Route 405 when the vehicle traveled off the roadway and onto the north shoulder. The vehicle then proceeded to rotate counter-clockwise and traveled across both lanes of the roadway to the south berm where it struck an embankment. The vehicle then rotated horizontally with the passenger door facing the ground and struck a utility pole. Shoemaker sustained serious injuries and was transported from the scene via Life Flight to the Geisinger Medical Center.
12:35 p.m. March 24, Police reported that an unknown actor unlocked the rear door of a vehicle belonging to Kateara Fussell, 23, of Williamsport, and took a step into the apartment before observing the victim inside. The suspect then fled.
March 24, Police reported that Drew Reynolds, 18, of South Williamsport, and Cody Hackes, 19, of Willamsport, entered Kmart on East Third Street and removed an orange Mongoose Bicycle from the Kmart store via the front door. The two left the area in an unknown direction. They were later interviewed and charges were filed at Judge Whiteman's office.
March 28 to March 29, Police reported that an unknown actor shot the windows of vehicles belonging to Diane Foresman, 58, of Williamsport, and Raymond Pysher, 70, of Williamsport, with a BB gun. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.
11:45 p.m. March 29, Police reported that unknown actors entered a car belonging to a 17-year-old Williamsport female and stole $50. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.
March 29 to March 31, Police reported that a Jonsered Chainsaw was taken out of the back of a pickup truck belonging to Stackhouse Timer Harvesting. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Montoursville.
March 30 to March 31, Police reported that unknown actors entered a garage belonging to Clifford Stamile, 62, and then damaged a vehicle. The incident is currently under investigation.
April 1 to April 2, Police reported that actors entered vehicles belonging to Kelli Benson, 36, of South Williamsport, and Jack Shumway, 35, of South Wililamsport, and removed cigarettes, money and a Kindle. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact PSP Montoursville.
8:07 p.m. April 2, Police reported that an unknown actor ordered items from Best Buy using account information belonging to Vance Cohick, 39. The report is currently under investigation.
4:26 p.m. April 3, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Joanne Smith, 83, of South Williamsport, was traveling west on E. Third Street in the left hand lane while a vehicle driven by Dilip Patel, 53, of Montoursville, was traveling in the right hand lane. Smith's vehicle attempted to turn into a parking lot and turned in front of Patel's vehicle, causing the two vehicles to collide.
6:45 a.m. April 4, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Kenneth Ketchum Jr., 24, of Montgomery, was traveling north on Fairfield Road while a vehicle driven Annie Shoemaker, 41, of Hughesville, was following Ketchum's vehicle. Ketchum's vehicle attempted to turn right onto Choate Circle and Shoemaker's vehicle attempted to pass Ketchum's vehicle on the right shoulder. As a result, Ketchum's vehicle struck the left front of Shoemaker's vehicle. Shoemaker will be cited for the incident.
9:43 p.m. April 4, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Joseph Engel, 40, of Linden, was traveling east on Youngs Road when the vehicle failed to negotiate a left hand curve and struck the guard rail. Engel then fled the scene in an unknown direction.
1:42 a.m. April 5, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Laura Patterson, 52, of Trout Run, was traveling north on Wallis Run Road when the vehicle crossed over the center line and traveled across the roadway to th west berm. The vehicle then struck a tree and continued to travel north for approximately 25 feet. Patterson was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
3:42 p.m. April 5, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Isaac Buckle, 16, of Montgomery, was traveling south on Alvira Road when it traveled off the west side of te road and struck a bridge with its passenge side.
8:25 p.m. April 5, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Pamela Edmonson, 43, of Everett, was traveling west in the right lane of State Route 220 when the vehicle struck a tire in the roadway.
2:14 a.m. April 6, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Gregory Welteroth, 57, of Palm Springs, Fla., was traveling west on I-180 when a deer ran into the path of the vehicle. The vehicle struck the deer with its front end.
1:30 p.m. April 6, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Matthew Hannon, 27, of Muncy, was patrolling the parking lot of SCI Muncy. As the vehicle was backing up, it struck the rear of another legally parked vehicle.
