Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Department Montoursville reported the following incident:
Feb. 15 to Mar. 21, Police reported to Ean Marshall of Linden attempted to purchase a 2006 Chevy Impala for $2300 over the internet. It was discovered to be a scam.
8:54 a.m. Mar. 26, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehice was legally parked in front of 1315 Pennsylvania Avenue and a vehicle driven by Charles Reamer, 81, of Williamsport, side swiped the parked vehicle. Reamer's vehicle scraped the majority of the drivers side of the parked vehicle with its passenger side.
11:14 p.m. Mar. 26, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by James Stroble, 26, Montgomery, was making a left turn from Route 15 onto Cemetery Hill Road when it traveled onto the shoulder along the eastbound lane, striking a tree.
5:08 p.m. Mar. 31, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Jackqulyn Brooks, 22, of Williamsport, was traveling east on Four Mile Drive preparing to make a left turn onto Valley Heights Drive and a vehicle driven by Wesley Mintzer, 19, of Williamsport, was traveling on Four Mile Drive directly behind Brooks's vehicle. Mintzer's vehicle struck the rear of Brooks's vehicle and continued to travel eastbound after the impact, coming to final rest on the south shoulde of Four Mile Drive. Brooks's vehicle spun an unknown number of times after the impact and came to rest on the double yellow line of Four Mile Drive, facing west.
8:18 p.m. Mar. 31, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Carley Devore, 16, of Muncy, was traveling north on State Route 405 when a deer entered the roadway. Devore swerved to miss the deer and traveled across the southbound lane and hit a rock wall along the berm.
