Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Department Montoursville reported the following incidents:
Mar. 17 to Mar. 26, Police reported that unkown actors used Kohl's, J.C. Penny's and Lowes store credit cards belonging to Kindra Brelsford, 40, at stores in Tennesee, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. The actors also opened a credit card account in the victim's name with Belk.
9:22 p.m. Mar. 20, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Darrel Hecknauer, 21, of Montgomery, was preparing to make a left turn onto Pinchtown Road from West Houston Avenue. Due to excessive speed when entering the turn, the vehicle spun out of control and stuck an embankment along the east shoulder. The vehicle contined traveling up the embankment and hit a small concrete porch at the front of 1312 Pinchtown Road. Hecknauer, who was suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, was taken into custody and transported to the Williamsport DUI Center for a blood draw.
2:03 a.m. Mar. 29, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Evan Henry, 24, of Rochester, NY, was traveling south on State Route 15 when the vehicle traveled off the easter shoulder of the roadway and struck an embankmant. After impact, the vehicle rotated approximately 180 degrees and rolled over one time.
12:11 p.m. Mar. 29, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Drew Hoover, 27, of Danville, was traveling west on State Route 864 when the vehicle rotated counter clockwise and exited the south shoulder of the roadway where it struck a wire attached to a utility pole. The vehicle continued west approximately 100 feet before coming to a position of final rest against a tree.
12:45 p.m. Mar. 29, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Ashley Bryant, 28, of Jersey Shore, was traveling south on State Route 287 when it traveled onto the left shoulder. The vehicle then traveled back across both lanes of travel and struck the east side guard rail. The vehicle traveled over the guard rail, down an embankment and came to rest on its roof in a stream.
9:42 p.m. Mar. 29, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Joshua Moon, 24, of South Williamsport, was traveling south on State Route 14. The vehicle struck a boulder with the front passenger side.
2:20 a.m. Mar. 30, Police reported that a 22-year-old female was operating a vehicle on Market and Hepburn Streets when she committed a summary moving violation and was arrested for suspected DUI. Charges are pending BAC results.
3:27 p.m. Mar. 30, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Ioannis Maniotis, 29, of Orangeville, was traveling west on State Route 442 when it struck the north side embankment while negotiating a right curve.
7:20 a.m. Mar. 31, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Sara Stubbs, 27, of Hughesville was traveling north on State Route 220 when the vehicle struck a deer.
