Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Department Montoursville reported the following incidents:

Feb. 23 to Feb. 25, Police reported that unkonwn actors cut the copper piping at a property belonging to DeeAnn Poust-Chambers, 48, of Williamsport. The actors then fled the scene in an unknown direction without taking the piping. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.

11:45 p.m. Mar. 25 to 8 a.m. Mar. 26, Police reported that unknown actor(s) entered vehicles belonging to Racquel Brown, 41, of Williamsport, and Karla Klos, 35, of Williamsport, and stole a laptop from one vehicle and two RCA portable DVD players from the other. Both vehicles were unlocked at the time of the offense. 

1 to 2:30 a.m. Mar. 27, Police reported that an unkown actor(s) stole a debit card and money belonging to Alicia Smith, 23, of Williamsport, during a gathering at Econo Lodge, 2019 E. Third St. The same actor then made multiple purchases via the internet using the stolen debit card. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700. 

2:38 p.m. Feb. 27, Police reported that Joshua Boring, 33, of Williamsport, and his wife got into an argument while driving on Heshbon Road. Boring then got out of the passenger side of the car and began walking towards traffic in the middle of the lane. He refused to get out of the road and then laid down in the middle of the road, causing traffic to drive around him.
