Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Montoursville reported the following incidents:
11:30 p.m. Mar. 22, Police reported that James Wacker, 44, of Williamsport, punched Eric Weymouth, 41, in the nose. Wacker was charged with harassment.
12:15 p.m. Mar. 23, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Katelyn Watson, 22, of Turbotville, was traveling south on Kepner Hill Road, behind a vehicle driven by Gerald Ulmer, 63, of Turbotville, that was traveling partially off the roadway and below the speed limit without the hazard lights activated. Watson's vehicle crashed into the rear of Ulmer's vehicle.
8:37 p.m. Mar. 25, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Matthew Fay, 38, of Jersey Shore, was traveling on State Route 220 in the right light. The vehicle traveled across the center line, into the right lane and off the northern berm of the roadway whre it struck a dirt embankment. The vehicle then traveled back across the road and off the southern berm of the roadway where it hit a traffic sign.
6 a.m. Mar. 26, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Sara Litzelman, 22, of Jersey Shore was traveling west on Jacks Hollow Road. As the vehicle negotiated a left curve, it was forced to the north side of the roadway by eastbound traffice, causing the vehicle to leave the road and strike a tree.
11:08 a.m. Mar. 27, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Rober Kile, 76, of Hughesville, was traveling west on E. Penn Street and a vehicle driven by Larry Hartman, 63, of Hughesville, was traveling east on E. Penn Street. Kile's vehicle turned left across the east bound lane into the path of Hartman's vehicle, causing Harman's vehicle to strike the rear of Kile's vehicle. Kile and his passenger, Sarah Kile, 72, of Hughesville, both sustained minor injuries and were transported to the Williamsport Area Hospital. Hartman also sustained a minor injury, but was not transported by EMS.
8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mar. 26, Police reported that an unknown actor damaged a mailbox belonging to Ronald Shear, 46, of Fairfield Township, by unknown means.
9:05 p.m. Mar. 26, Police reported that a crash occurred as a veihcle driven by Kevin Waldron, 28, of Allenwood, was traveling south on State Route 554 when Waldron lost control of the vehicle and crossed into the opposing lane, then back across the south bound lane and off the roadway. The vehicle then rolled onto its driver side and struck a tree. Waldron sustained minor injury by refused EMS.
