Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Montoursville reported the following incidents:
Nov. 15 to Dec. 20, Police reported that an unkown individual entered the residence of an 82-year-old Muncy man and removed the copper tubing from inside the residence. Anyone with information about the actor's identity is asked to contact PSP Montoursville.
Jan. 17 to Jan. 18, Police reported that vehicles belonging to Brad Shipman, 43, of Unityville, and Tammy Masser, 49, of Unityville, were entered as they were left unlocked. Police alleged that a 17-year-old Millville male removed multiple items from the vehicles, including a cell phone, various cards, check book, purse, a winter jacket and a knit hat.
12:42 p.m. Feb. 11, Police reported that a 32-year-old Williamsport man jumped onto and rolled over the top of a vehicle belonging to Phillip Marchioni, 63, of Montoursville, in the parking lot of Giant Food Store. When the actor jumped onto Marchioni's vehicle, he forced the sunroof downward into the vehicle, damaging the sunroof track assembly. The cost of repair and replacement of the sunroof track assembly was $751.43.
9:26 p.m. Feb. 21, Police reported that Joseph Prato, 49, of Williamsport, was traveling at 91 mph in a posted 55 mph zone. Trooper Martin activated emergency lights of the patrol unit to make his presence known to Prato. Martin then pursued Prato's vehicle at speeds in excess of 100 mph. After a 3 mile chase, the Trooper was able to catch up to Prato and observed that his 13 year old son was in the passenger seat. Prato stated he was traveling home from Ski Sawmill with his son and was speeding home to watch a boxing match on televison. Prato also stated he failed to stop his vehicle because he did not want to lose his license.
9:56 p.m. Feb. 26, Police reported that Connie Lee Sed, 60, of Williamsport, struck George Sober, 60, of Williamsport, and Tonya Chambers, 31, of Williamsport, while they were involved in an argument. Sed was charged with harrassment.
1:18 p.m. Feb. 28, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Kevin Sullivan, 54, of Montoursville, was traveling north on Fairfield Road, attempting to turn left on the ramp for State Route 180 west bound. While attempting to turn left, the vehicle struck a vehicle driven by William Leta, 63, of Williamsport.
11:30 p.m. Feb. 28, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Weston Davis, 38, of Hughesville, was traveling east on Beaver Lake Road when the vehicle exited the road off the south berm, impacting a shrub. The vehicle then overturned in a ditch. Davis showed signs of intoxication.
6 a.m. Mar. 1, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Ukaykumar Veera, 27, of Fairport, NY, was traveling south on State Route 15 in the left passing lane when the vehicle traveled off the roadway and ran over rumble strips. The vehicle continued south and crossed both lanes of State Route 15 and struck the guard rails along the side of the roadway.
12:33 a.m. Mar. 3, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Daniel Cardell, 18, of Sunbury, was traveling east on State Route 442 when the vehicle crossed over the center dividing line and across the west bound travel lane. The vehicle exited the roadway and struck a rock embankment. The vehicle then overturned and came to rest on its roof. Cardell was uninjured and was cited for two violations of the vehicle code.
