Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Department Montoursville reported the following incidents:
8:10 p.m. Jan. 28, Police reported that a 16-year-old male engaged in a verbal argument with his mother, Shannon Mosteller, 35, of Montoursville. The argument escalated into a physical altercation where the boy alledgely shoved his mother and attempted to strike her. He then alledgely forced her against a window where he punched his fist through the window. The teen then attempted to leave the residence, but was prevented by his mother, so he kicked out the kitchen window and exited the residence through the window. Charges have been filed.
11:30 p.m. Feb. 2, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Bryan Sweigart, 53, of Trout Run, was traveling east on Field Stanton road when the vehicle failed to negotiate a right curve in the roadway and left its lane of travel. The vehicle struck a guide rail on the north side of the roadway.
2:12 p.m. Feb. 11, Police reported that a crash occurred as the unknown actor took his pants down and exposed his buttocks to Christy Newman, 57, twice while in Kmart on E. Third Street. The actor then fled the scene in an unknown direction by unknown means. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.
3:48 p.m. Feb. 11, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Mary Gidaro, 31, of South Williamsport, was traveling in the right hand lane of I-180 west bound and a vehicle driven by Zachary Fortin, 26, of Williamsport, was traveling in the same lane. Fortin's vehicle began to slow in the travel lane due to traffic slowing. Gidaro's vehicle struck the rear of Fortin's vehicle.
3:29 p.m. Feb. 13, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Brandie Pearson, 28, of Liberty, was traveling south in the right lane of Route 15 when it lost control on the snow covered roadway and traveled onto the west berm. The vehicle struck a road sign.
11:15 p.m. Feb. 13, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Joseph Jaquay, 24, of Pittsburgh, was traveling south on State Route 15 when the vehicle exited off the west berm of the roadway and hit an embankment. The vehicle then overturned in a southward direction.
12:49 a.m. Feb. 14, Police reported that a crash occurred as a freightliner driven by Robert Broadwell, 28, of Brockport, NY, was travling south on State Route 15 when it failed to negotiate a right curve and exited te roadway off the west berm. The vehicle struck a rock embankment and jack-knifed.
12:50 a.m. Feb. 14, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Igor Chevda of Toronto, ON, was traveling south on State Route 15 when it exited off the right berm to avoid another crash. The vehicle struck a rock embankment.
12:50 a.m. Feb. 14, Police reported that a crash occurred as a freightliner driven by Richard Cornwell, 57, of Willseyville, NY, was stationary in the left travel lane of State Route 15 after avoiding a previous crash. A vehicle driven by Anthony Wellington, 43, of Virginia Beach, VA, was traveling south on the roadway when it hit the rear of Cornwell's trailer. Wellington's vehicle continued south and exited off the west berm, having secondary impact with a rock embanment.
