Police report various incidents

Pennysylvania State Police Department Montoursville reported the following incidents:
Dec. 23 to Dec. 25, Police reported that unknown actors stole prescription medications from Debra Lurch at her residence. Anyone with information pertaining to this investigation should contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.
6:10 p.m. Jan. 19, Police reported that a white male, 21, of Cogan Station, engaged in a verbal argument with his ex-girlfriend, Brittany Shope, 18, of Williamsport, stole her cell phone and then kicked in her room door causing damage to the door and door jamb. Charges are pending.
Jan. 24 to Jan. 28, Police reported that Lisa Miller, 38, of Allenwood, applied to a loan and was contacted by a man claiming to be from the loan center. The caller advised Miller to purchase pre-paid cards at local stores and then make payments to him over the phone before she could receive her loan. Both Miller and Martha McClain, 68, of Howard, made several payments to the caller and never received any money in the form of a loan. They then contacted the police. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
1 p.m. Jan. 26, Police reported that Michael Phillips was charged with terroristic threats after threatening to shoot Jonathan Smith at Chadlee Drive, Armstrong, while he was in possession of a loaded firearm.
8:13 a.m. Jan. 29, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Joshua Haynes, 31, of Muncy, was traveling south on Stoney Batter Road while a vehicle driven by Mellissa Hunter, 42, of Muncy, was traveling north on the same road. Haynes was distracted while negotiating a right curve and failed to keep his vehicle in its lane of travel, crossing into the northbound lane. Hayne's vehicle impacted the left front end of Hunter's vehicle. No injuries were reported.
Jan. 29 to Jan. 30, Police reported that unknown actors stole gas from the gas tank of Ernest Delp Jr., 58, of Williamsport when it was parked at 1527 Bloomingrove Road. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.
8:20 a.m. Jan. 31, Police reported that a juvenile was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after a marijuana pipe was found on his person at Lycoming County Shelter Care.
7:30 p.m. Feb. 2, Police reported that a crash occurred when a vehicle driven by Marshall Hall, 52, of Hughesville, was traveling east on Beaver Lake Road. The vehicle went off the north side of the roadway and struck the fence. The vehicle came to rest facing northeast.
12:50 p.m. Feb. 5, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by David Fuller, 81, of Jersey Shore, was traveling south on State Route 287. The vehicle started to slide back and forth on the slush that was on the road, causing it to travel off the right side of the road. The vehicle then struck a utility pole. Fuller was not wearing his seat belt and sustained moderate injuries.
5:22 p.m. Feb. 5, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by James Blackwell, 39, of Picture Rocks, was stopped on the right of Country Club Drive. Another vehicle struck the right rear of Blackwell's vehicle. The other vehicle fled the scene.
11:10 a.m. Feb. 6, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Eric Stabley, 46, of Jersey Shore, was backing up in the SCI Muncy parking lot. Another vehicle was legally parked directly behind Stabley's vehicle. Stabley's vehicle struck the other vehicle.
Feb. 7, Police reported that an unknown actor stole 30 Vicodin tablets from a medicine cart at Sycamore Manor. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.
12 p.m. Feb. 8 to 3 p.m. Feb. 9, Police reported that unknown actors stole $20 from a wallet belonging to Kenneth Bundz, 79, of Williamsport, while he was at 300 Leader Drive. Anyone with information pertaining to this investigation is asked to contact 570-368-5700.
1:45 a.m. Feb. 10, Police reported that actors entered RPS Machinery and took scrap metal.
2:10 p.m. Feb. 11, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Neil Yarish Jr., 26, of Unityville, was traveling north on State Route 87. A vehicle driven by Clyde Whiteman, 60, of Trout Run, was parked on the east side of the road, facing southbound. Whiteman's vehicle was delivering heating oil parked partially in the northbound lane and east shoulder. Yarish's vehicle attempted to pass Whiteman's vehicle, but struck the right front of Whiteman's vehicle with his wing plow. No injuries were reported with this crash.
