Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Montoursville reported the following incidents:
4 to 5 p.m. Dec. 23, Police reported that Earl Parker, of Williamsport, was working at Denny's restaurant when his debit card was utilized to make two purchases at Hoss's and Tobacco Outlet. Anyone with information about the actor is asked to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.
6 to 7:36 p.m. Jan. 10, Police reported that a scooter was stolen from Montgomery Elementary School. The scooter was then recovered and returned to the victim.
10:01 p.m. Jan. 10, Police reported that a crash occurred as a Peterbilt Standard driven by David Collantes, 44, of Bridgeport, CT, was traveling north on State Route 220. The vehicle attempted to make a right turn onto Front St. and became stuck with its trailing unit blocking the right hand lane of the roadway. A vehicle driven by Wayne Heller, 52, of Linden, was stopped in the left hand turn lane of the roadway waiting to turn onto Front St. After becoming stuck, Collantes exited his vehicle and crossed the roadway and was standing and talking to Heller. A vehicle driven by Chad Gibson, 21, of Jersey Shore, continued to travel north in the right hand lane and struck the rear left side of the trailing unit, causing Gibson's vehicle to spin and travle across the left hand lane of 220 and into Heller's vehicle. Gibson's vehicle continued to spin and struck Collantes. Collantes sustained a major injury and was transported to the hospital.
4:26 p.m. Jan. 12, Police reported that an actor attempted tp by liquor from Wine and Spirits with a counterfeit $50 bill.
Jan. 17 to Jan. 20, Police reported that an unknown actor stole a 30 foot section of guide rail kit and three Intercomp Wheel Load Weighers from Keystone Scale valued at $7,185.
Jan. 19, Police reported that an unknown actor stole two solar lights from the walkway of Anthony Jackson, 55, of Williamsport.
9:53 a.m. Jan. 19, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Patrick Homan, 21, of Ephrata, was traveling north on Route 15 Highway in Lewis Township. The vehicle was negotiating a right curve in the area of Saint Michaels Road overpass when it lost control and traveled into the median, striking a gide rail. Homan was wearing a seatbelt and was not injured. He was cited for violation of Vehicle at Safe Speed.
12:26 p.m. Jan. 21, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Phillip McCoy, 25, of Linden, was traveling east on Jobs Run road. As the vehicle was negotiating a left turn it began to rotate counter clockwise and then struck an embankment. The vehicle continued to travel south east, crossing both travel lanes and traveling off the south shoulder of the roadway, striking a tree. Neither McCoy or his passenger were injured.
3 p.m. Jan. 21, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Lea Winter, 17, of Muncy, was traveling east on Clarkstown Road negotiating a left curve. The vehicle crossed into the westbound lane of traffic and exited the roadway, impacting a tree. Winter was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.
8 p.m. Jan. 21, Police reported that a 46-year-old female of Linden kicked a 51-year-old female of Linden during a verbal altercation.
6:30 a.m. Jan. 24, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Justin Green, 24, of Jersey Shore, was traveling south on State Route 44. The point of initial impact occurred as the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, down an embankment, striking a tree. The vehicle then caught fire and was engulfed in flames. Green was wearing a seatbelt and was not seriously injured.
