Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Department Montoursville released the following statement:

Dec. 6 to Dec. 8, Police reported that a 32-year-old male used a debit card belonging to Phyllis Harnberger, 77, of Muncy, without Harnberger's consent. 

1:05 p.m. Dec. 16, Police reported that  a 13-year-old male struck his teacher, Jeremy Sennett, 38, of Williamsport, in the face and pushed a desk into his leg during school. The juvenile was then arrested for felony aggravated assault. 

January, An actor stole bags of aluminum cans belonging to the Boy Scout Recylcling Center, 815 Northway Road, Loyalsock. The investigation is ongoing. 

Jan. 15 to Jan. 16, Police reported that an unknown actor arrived at 222 Beaver Run Road, Unityville, and damaged approximately 30 apple, peach and pear trees belonging to Franklin Harvey, 44, by cutting off numerous branches and placed cuts around the trunks. The actors then departed. Anyone with informatino is asked to call PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.

Jan. 16 to Jan. 17, Police reported that an unknown actor pushed open a plywood door into a building at 66 Liberty Way, Loyalsock Township. 

7:15 a.m. Jan. 19, Police said that Fareed Davis, 36, of Camden New Jersey reported that was robbed while staying in room 218 at The Econo Lodge in Loyalsock Township. He said that 3 masked gunmen entered his room and stole approximately $900 from him and fled eastbound on State Route 14 and East Third St. in a dark blue Nissan. 4:13 p.m. Jan 19, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Dean Little, 50, of Trout Run, was traveling south on Warrensville Road. The vehicle exited the roadway through the west berm, striking a ditch

8:55 p.m. Jan. 19, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Joshua Metzger, 21, of Montoursville, was traveling south bound on Halltown Road. The vehicle was negotiating a left hand curve coming down a hill and it started to slide on the snow covered roadway. The vehicle spun in a counter clockwise direction and went off the left hand side of the roadway. The vehicle's right side struck the guide wire to a utility pole.

10 p.m. Jan. 20, Police reported that a white male, medium build, approximately 5'7 to 5'9 wearing a black/gray jacket, red sweat pants and a black stocking type fabric over his face entered Domino's Pizza, 1851 Route 405 Highway, Muncy Creek, and brandished two knives at Sarah Schutt, 26, of Lewisburg. The suspect demanded that Schutt give him money. She complied, giving the actor an undetermined amount of cash at this time. The actor then fled the store on foot, south, toward Muncy. There were surveillance cameras that captured the incident. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.

9:14 p.m. Jan. 21, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Michael Stark, 44, of Montoursville, was traveling in the right east bound lane on the above roadway prior to the crash. A vehicle driven by Sara Jordan, 26, of Unityville, was traveling west bound on the same roadway and was attempting to turn left into the Ruby Tuesday/Harley Davidson parking lot. Jordan's vehicle traveled into the path of Stark's vehicle. As a result, the right front of Stark's vehicle struck the right rear of Jordan's vehicle. Jordan will be cited for a violation of Vehicles Turning Left. 

7:50 a.m. Jan. 22, State police are investigating a robbery that occurred at the Hughesville Uni-mart at 1 N. Main St. Police say that the store was held up by a knife wielding actor, described to police as a male suspect. Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700 or the Lycoming County Police number 570-433-4360.
