Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Department Mountoursvile reported the following incidents:
1:29 a.m. Nov. 28, Police reported that Andrew Lyon, 52, of Williamsport, was stopped after his 2009 GMC pick-up was observed committing several traffic violations. He failed to stop at a stop sign, was clocked speeding and was weaving out of his lane of travel. Once stopped, he was found to be intoxicated. Charges have been filed.
4:46 p.m. Nov. 2, Police reported that Tracy Heaton was involved in a one vehicle roll over crash on State Route 118 at Old Lairdsville Road. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that she was impaired due to medication. Charges were filed.
2:04 a.m. Dec. 17, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Stephen Redden, 40, of Cogan Station, was fleeing from police on State Route 2014. The vehicle collided with a concrete divider at th intersection of Lycoming Mall Drive and Jon Brady Drive. The vehicle continued approximately 210 feet through the grass lane divider and 70 feet across Jon Brady Drive. The vehicle continued approximately 90 feet across the grass embankment and parking lot until impacting the building located at 973 Lycoming Mall Drive. Redden was not injured.
10:57 p.m. Dec. 20, Police reported that Todd Hill, 39, and Alaina Hill, 39, both of Trout Run, were involved in a domestic dispute. Both were cited for harrassment.
11:45 a.m. Dec. 21, Police reported that a 63-year-old male damaged a car belonging to Enterprise Rental.
1:46 p.m. Dec. 23, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Phyllis Wettlaufer, 30, of Williamsport, and another vehicle were traveling west on I-180. The second vehicle moved ino the left lane, not making contact with Wettlaufer's vehicle. In response, Wettlaufer's vehicle swerved left and lost control, spinning and going off the north side of the roadway. The vehicle traveled down the embankment and struck a tree with the passenger side door. Wettlaufer and her juvenile passengers were uninjured.
5:54 p.m. Dec. 24, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Mark McFadden, 58, of Williamsport, was traveling north on the roaway and negotiating a right curve. McFadden then lost control of the vehicle due to slippery road conditions. The vehicle then left the roadway through the east berm and struck a tree. After striking the tree, the vehicle continued north for a short distance and rotated approximately 180 degrees in a clockwise manner. The vehicle came to final rest on the east berm. McFadden and his passengers were uninjured.
5:55 p.m. Dec. 24, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Schuyler Sites, 22, of Muncy, was traveling south on Beaver Lake Road, negotiating a left curve. Sites's vehicle proceeded to slide into the left lane and then onto the wast shoulder. The vehicle then over-turned on the west berm down an approximate 3 foot emankment at the shoulder into a downward sloping field. The vehicle over-turned again and came to a position of final rest on its right side approximately 20 feet from the roadway. Sites and two passengers, Chelsie Richards, 25, of Altoona, and David Hartman Jr., 30, of Altoona, sustained injuries and were transported to the Muncy Valley Hospital.
8:01 p.m. Dec. 26, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Benjamin Newton, 32, of Muncy, was traveling east bound on State Route 442. A vehicle driven by David Gold, 58, of Easton, was behind Newton's vehicle. As Newton's vehicle went to make a left turn, Gold's vehicle went to pass on the left and the two collided. No one was injured. Gold will be cited for overtaking a vehicle on the left.
9:35 p.m. Dec. 26, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Taylor Winter, 17, of Jersey Shore, was traveling south in the left hand lane of State Route 220 in the area of Level Corners Road. The vehicle lost control on the icy roadway and crossed the concrete median and the north bound lanes. The vehicle then struck the guide rail on the east side of the road. Winter was wearing a seatbelt and not injured.
4:45 p.m. Dec. 27, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Wade Noss, 43, of Millville, was traveling east on State Route 442 and a deer entered the roadway, striking the front end of the vehicle. The incident caused disabling damage to the front of the vehicle.
