Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Montoursville reported the following incidents:
12 p.m. Dec. 10, Police reported that Markay Richlin, 22, of Williamsport, applied for a loan online. After applying, Richlin sent an amount of money to obtain a loan and then never got the loan.
5:15 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Dec. 17 to Dec. 18, Police reported that an unknown actor stole four extension cords from the construction site at the Comfort Inn in Loyalsock Township. This incident is currently under investigation.
Dec. 21, Police reported that Roberta McSpeak, 45, of Linden, threw a cup at a 3-year-old male, striking him in the head at 6235 N. Route 220, Highway Lot 13, Woodward Township.
10 p.m. Dec. 21, Police reported that a 17-year-old female attempted to leave TJ Maxx while concealing a shirt and pair of socks in a bag without paying for the same. She was charged with summary retail theft.
2:11 p.m. Dec. 22, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Wesley Whitford, 23, of Trout Run, was in the right hand lane of I-180 traveling west bound. A vehicle driven by Angeline Kohler, 52, of Williamsport, was in the left hand lane of the roadway passing Whitford's vehicle. Whitford's vehicle started to make a lane change from the right lane into the left lane and struck the right front end of Kohler's vehicle. Whitford's vehicle spun in a counter-clockwise direction and struck the cable barrier in the median, coming to final rest in the left lane facing in a south east direction. Kohler's vehicle went off the left hand side of the roadway. Kohler over corrected and started to spin in a clockwise direction. Her vehicle slid across both lanes of I-180 and came to final rest facing in a north easterly direction. No injuries were reported. Whitford will be charged appropriately.
