Police report various incidents
The Pennsylvania State Police Department Montoursville reported the following incidents:
Aug. 8 to Dec. 7, Police reported that unknown actors made entry into the home of Falisha Petruskevich, 26, of Williamsport, and stole numerous items, including Petruskevich's military issued Kevlar vest and helmet.
Oct. 1 to Dec. 14, Police reported that an unknown actor entered the residence of Gregory Vonada, 46, of Williamsport, and removed three weapons. Anyone with information pertaining to this investigation is encouraged to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.
Nov. 4 to Dec. 12, Police reported that Cliff Craver, 49, of Allenwood, was contacted online by a person claiming to be a member of the U.S. Department of Treasury. The same person convinced the victim to send them money on multiple occasions. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.
3:36 a.m. Nov. 6, Police reported that Cheyenne Merill, 20, of Jersey Shore crashed her vehicle. Alcohol was a factor in the crash. Charges have been filed.
9:47 p.m. Nov. 9, Police reported that Nicholas Reeder, 23, was arrested for DUI. Charges were filed.
12:12 p.m. Nov. 10, Police reported that Derek Helwig was charged with DUI and drug posession after being involved in a crash on Northway Road in Loyalsock.
8:35 p.m. Nov. 14, Police reported that a traffic stop of Phillip Bentley, 33, of Washington, D.C., was conducted for summary traffic violations. During the traffic stop the acting officer determined that Bentley had recently smoked marijuana. Bentley was transported to Williamsport Hospital for a legal blood draw. Charges were filed.
9:58 p.m. Nov. 18, Police reported that James Benjamin, 35, of Williamsport, was found to be in posession of synthetic marijuana. Charges have been filed.
10:30 p.m. Nov. 21, Police reported that Scott Kitner of Allenwood was contacted regarding a motor vehicle crash on Elmsport Road in Washington Township. Upon making contact with the operator, Trooper Ryan Golla detected the odor of alcoholic beverages about his person while being treated by EMS. Charges were filed.
2:35 p.m. Nov. 25, Police reported that Chrisandra Trapp, 25, of Philadelphia, stole a Michael Kors purse from TJ Maxx. Trapp was charged with retail theft.
10:30 p.m. Nov. 27, Police reported that a traffic stop of Jackson Kurtz, 19, of Williamsport, was conducted for summary traffic violations. The driver was then transported to the DUI processin center. Charges have been filed.
1:59 a.m. Nov. 28, Police reported that Robert Nicholson, 22, was arrested for DUI. Charges were filed.
6 p.m. Nov. 30, Police reported that a 13-year-old male struck Michelle Gibbs, 33, of Randall Circle, in the head and face area inside a vehicle. As Theodore Craig, 49, of Williamsport, intervened, the 13-year-old struck him in the face. As Craig contacted the teen's father, the teen struck Craig a second time, causing a bruise on his right lower lip. Charges were filed.
10:52 p.m. Dec. 1, Police reported that Nicole Bierly, 28, of Muncy, punched Briggette Gittle, 29, of Montgomery, on the left side of her face and pulled her hair. The accused was charged with harrassment. Charges have been filed.
5:33 p.m. Dec. 5, Police responded to a complaint about the smell of marijuana coming from 1545 Northway Road Apt. 2 in Loyalsock. Deon Henderson, 22, of Williamsport, Keyonna Parker, 21, of Williamsport and Ikei Harding, 25, of New Jersey, were found to be in possesion of drugs and firearms and were charged. Harding was found to be wanted for homicide in New Jersey.
10 p.m. Dec. 6, Police reported that a 38-year-old male and a 50-year-old male, both of Slate Run, engaged in a physical confrontation after one man came home intoxicated from a local establishment. During the physical confrontation, one man pulled a 9mm Glock Model 19 from his pocket and fired a round off tot he left of the other man in order to stop the fight. Both parties involved in this incident denied any charges being brought against one another.
Dec. 6 to Dec. 9, Police reported that an unknown person entered the contstruction site at 1700 E. Third St. and tok construction mateials including an aircondition unit and hydraulic fluid.
4 p.m. to 1:20 p.m. Dec. 7 to Dec. 8, Police reported that an unknown actor removed approximately 200 gallons of diesel fuel from Spit Fire Field Services in Muncy. Anyone with information about the actor is asked to contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700.
9:57 p.m. Dec. 8, Police responded to a report of girls fighting at Ashler Manor in Muncy. The two juveniles were charged for harrassment.
2:52 p.m. Dec. 9, Police reported that Danny Weaver, 30, of Linden, and Lamar Strothers, 34, of Williamsport were involved in a verbel altercation at 43 Harvest Moon Park in Woodward Township. During the argument, Weaver pushed a 34-year-old female victim off a set of stairs and into a bush. Weaver then pointed a rifle at the vehicle in which a 52-year-old male and Strothers were seated, but no charges were filed due to a lack of cooperation on the part of the male and Strothers. Non--traffic citation was filed against Weaver for an assault on the female.
2 p.m. Dec. 14, Police reported that David Koenigsberg, 23, of Linden, and Chance Foltz, 18, of Mill Hall, were involved in a road rage incident with two other suspects and a firearm was possibly brandished. The investigation is ongoing.
12:30 p.m. Dec. 15, Police reported that Nancy Hakes, 36, of South Williamsport entered the residence of a 51-year-old victim to retrieve tights for their child and a verbal altercation ensued. The altercation turned physical and Hakes grabbed the victim's shirt and pushed the victim. Hakes then grabben a kitchen knife but threw it in the sink. Hakes then threw a pot of frying oil at the victim and left the residence.
10:58 p.m. Dec. 15, Police reported that Terry Massey, 49, of Montgomery, was contacted regarding an accident on State Route 405 in Clinton Township. Massey was transported to Williamsport Hospital ER where a legal blood draw was completed. DUI charges are pending.
