State Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Montoursville reported the following incidents:
9:58 p.m. Dec. 1, Police reported occurred as a vehicle driven by Gahram Golshan, 59, of Hughesville, was turning left on to a bridge on State Route 405. As the vehicle turned onto the bridge, the vehicle began to rotate in a counter clockwise manner and was unable to come to a controlled stop due to the icy conditions on the bridge and proceeded to impact the bridge rail on the west side. The vehicle suffered disabling collision damange. Golshan was uninjured.
Dec. 3 to Dec. 4, Police reported that at some point overnight, an unknown actor cut a cord on an outdoor Christmas decoration belonging to James Shearer, 37, of WIlliamsport, that was positioned in front of his residence.
3:40 p.m. Dec. 5, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Abdallah Abdallah, 22, of Montoursville, was traveling west on State Route 2014 and a vehicle driven by John Hess, 81, of Muncy, had just exited State Route 180 and was stopped at the cross road from the ramp that allows traffic to turn left onto SR 2014. As Abdallah's vehicle approached the cross road, Hess's vehicl pulled into the westbound lane of travel on 2014 and struck Abdallah's vehicle in the drivers side front wheel. There were no injuries.
8 p.m. Dec. 5, Police reported that Tyler Hamm, 19, of Williamsport concealed six bottles of men's body spray worth a total of $38 about his person at Sears. Hamm was taken into custody and charge with retail theft.
