Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Department Montoursville reported the following incidents:

3:35 a.m. Nov. 10, Police reported hat Matthew Bixler, 22, of Unityville, damaged the front door of Courtney Winder, 22, of Muncy. Bixler was arrested and charges have been filed. 

5 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Nov. 21 to Nov. 22, Police reported that an unknown actor entered a J&M Construction unlocked van and his opened/unsecured storage container and stole several construction tools with a total estimated value of approximately $9,936. Any person with information regarding this incident is asked to contact PSP Montoursville, Trooper Buynak, at 570-368-5700.

9:57 a.m. Nov. 26, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Pedro Lopez, 36, of Elizabeth, NJ, was traveling south on State Route 15 in the right lane. Lopez applied his breaks and the vehicle started to slide on the slush covered road. The vehicle crossed over the left lane and exited the roadway on the east side and impacted a guide rail with its right side. Lopez sustained a minor injury and refused medical treatment. 

10:35 p.m. Dec. 1, Police reported that a crash occurred when a vehicle driven by Mary Foster, 53, of Montgomery, was traveling north on the Market St. Bridge. The vehicle was traveling in the right lane and traveled over a patch of ice. Point of initial impact occurred as the vehicle began to rotate clockwise and struck the concrete barrier. Foster sustained a minor injury as a result of the crash and was treated on scene. 

6:10 a.m. Dec. 2, Police reported that a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Michael Roberto, 26, of New Bloomfield, was traveling north on State Route 15 prior to the crash. A vehicle driven by Kevin Cromley, 52, of Jersey Shore, was traveling east on W. Blind Road prior to the crash. As Cromley's vehicle was approaching the intersection, it failed to stop at a posted stop sign. At that time, the trailer of Roberto's vehicle drove over the front of Cromley's vehicle. Cromley's vehicle then caught fire. Cromley sustained a minor injury and is to be cited for a violation of Duty At Stop Sign. 

2:30 p.m. Dec. 2, Police reported that Irvin Henninger of South Williamsport grabbed Kenneth Laird of South Williamsport by the throat, leaving a red mark. Henniger was arrested for summary harrasment. 

5:35 a.m. Dec. 3, Police reported that a crash occurred when a vehicle driven by Kenneth Halk, 49, of Laceyville, was traveling west on State Route 864 when it slid across both ice covered travel lanes and exited the roadway off the south berm. The vehicle then impacted an embankment off the south berm. Halk was not injured.

6:52 a.m. Dec. 3, Police reported a crash occurred as a vehicle driven by Lorene Lockcuff, 54, of Jersey Shore, was traveling downhill on Canoe Run Road. Lockcuff applied the brakes and the vehicle began to slide on black ice and went off the right hand side of the roadway and up an embankment, striking a stop sign. The vehicle then rolled down the embankment and came to final rest on its left side in the right hand lane of Canoe Run Rd, facing east. Lockcuff sustained a minor injury.
