Police report various incidents

Pennsylvania State Police Montoursville reported the following incidents:
1:40 a.m. Nov. 2, Police reported that Ryan Montgomery, 29, of Williamsport, forced Echo Harper, 29, of Williamsport to the floor at 1652 Randall Circle, Loyalsock Township, and sat on top of her in the prone position. The actor then grabbed the victim's head and forced her face into the floor. This incident occurred as the actor attempted to take money from the victim that she did not want to provide to him. Charges have been filed.
Nov. 11 to Nov. 25, Police reported that an actor removed the licence plate off of a vehicle belonging to John Buehler Jr., 48, of Montrousville, that was parked at Fairfield Ford.
2:22 to 2:25 a.m. Nov. 14, Police reported that Laurie Fisher, 52, of Williamsport received two anonymous/restricted telephone calls from an unknown caller.
8 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. Nov. 19, Police reported that a white female stole gas from Bitners General Store in Lewis Township. The suspect was driving a white minivan. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact PSP Montoursville 570-368-5700.
3:28 p.m. Nov. 23, Police reported that two actors forced entry into LRB Country Roadhouse in Montgomery and removed several items, including alcohol, cash and two televisions. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Montoursville.
Nov. 22 to Nov. 25, Police reported that unknown actors removed a 2010 Ford F-350 SD, 4x4, Crew Cab pick-up, white in color, with an 8 foot bed from the Fairfield Ford Lot in Fairfield Township. The actors then fled the scene with the vehicle in an unknown direction. Anyone with information regarding this case should contact PSP Montoursville at 570-368-5700, ref. incident F01-120-7259.
12:46 a.m. Nov. 29, Police reported that a 29-year-old female and 37-year-old male were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence in Muncy Township. The male then turned the argument into a physical altercation. Charges have been filed.
5:20 p.m. Nov. 29, Police reported that Melissa Strayer, 20, of Muncy, attempted to steal merchandise from Kmart in Loyalsock Township. Store personnel took Strayer into custody and contacted the police. Upon police arrival, Strayer was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Misdemeanor and summary charges have been filed.
2:40 p.m. Nov. 30, Police reported that a female juvenile stole merchandise from Super Shoes, 2929 Lycoming Creek Road, Muncy. Store personnel contacted the police upon learning of the theft. Summary charges have been filed.
3 p.m. to 6 a.m. Nov. 30 to Dec. 1, Police reported than an unknown actor entered the residence of Matthew Evans, 27, of Muncy, and stole a Marlin 30-30, lever action with a wood stock and blue barrel with a unknown make scope mounted on top.
