State Police report various incidents

The Pennsylvania State Police Montoursville reported the following incidents:
Oct. 11, 5:15 p.m., Police reported that a 31-year-old suspect took the assistant manager's cell phone from the Loyalsock Township Verizon store.
Oct. 13 to Oct. 14, 7:40 a.m., Police reported that unknown persons in Randall Circle damaged the drivers side rear tire of a vehicle belonging to Levi Schoener, 21, of Williamsport.
Oct. 29, 5:22 a.m., Police reported that a crash occurred when a vehicle driven by Samantha Rhodes, 23, of Muncy, was traveling east bound on I-180. The vehicle exited the roadway off the north berm and traveled into the center median. The vehicle traveled east in the grass portion of the center median and had initial impact when it struck an embankment with the front end. The vehicle then came to the position of final rest on top of the embankment facing east. According to police, Rhodes showed signs of intoxication. Charges are pending legal blood draw results.
