Two Renovo citizens accused of theft

Two Renovo citizens were accused of theft.
According to police, Pennie Lynn Bodley and Gary James Cummings, Sr. were allegedly using the Firemans Ambulance Service Team bank accounts as their personal bank accounts.
Police say that Bodley and Cummings Sr. used $13,815.60 at Walmart, used $28,243.80 for cash from various ATM machines. Police also alledged that Cummings Sr. wrote checks for personal use from M & T bank and Jersey Shore Bank totaling $3,768.10 and Bodley used $9,865.55 from th M & T account from various stores and online purchases for personal use without permission.
The total loss for FAST was $51,924.95.
Cummings Sr, and Bodley were taken to Clinton County Prison for arraignment on 10/01/2013.
