Alleged Homicide Suspect Discovered in Williamsport - The Williamsport Bureau of Police took a Philadelphia man into custody after responding to an incident at a local bar during the early morning hours. According to a press release, officers were dispatched to the Cell Block on Third Street to investigate a disturbance around 1:46 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12. Officer Brian Chillson observed a black male in that are whom he believed to be Reinaldo Gaffney, who was wanted for homicide in Philadelphia. The suspect provided officers with the name of James Evans; upon further investigation, officers transported the individual to police headquarters where he was fingerprinted due to the belief that he was providing false information about his identity. Fingerprints confirmed the man was Gaffney, authorities said.
