Muncy Man Faces Alleged Prowling Charges Following Early Morning Incident - PSP Montoursville filed charges of loitering, prowling at night and disorderly conduct against 32-year-old Michael Irion of Upper Rynearson Road after he allegedly caused disturbances in Mill Creek Township. Trooper Switzer said between midnight and 4:30 a.m. on April 15, Irion entered the residence of Terry Lambert, 58, on Nunn Road, gaining entry through the garage by using a garage door opener. Lambert told Irion, who was highly intoxicated at the time, to leave prior to him entering her residence. Irion was taken to his residence by state police and put into the custody of his mother, but left his home and traveled to Danielle Hofmann's home on Burns Road and began pounding on the doors and staring into the windows of Hofmann's house. Irion then traveled to the neighboring residence of Julie and Craig Kennedy and began shouting and using obscene language. Mr. Kennedy was able to talk to Irion and transported him to Nancy and Johnny's Country Tavern, Quaker Church Road, in Pennsdale, Muncy Township.
