Jersey Shore Driver Killed in Woodward Township Accident

Jersey Shore Driver Killed in Woodward Township Accident - PSP Lamar say a 22-year-old man died at the scene of a one-vehicle accident early Saturday morning. Trooper Jamesan Keeler said Skyler Wool was traveling south on Route 150 around 1:20 a.m. As Wool approached Fargus Island Road, his Mazda Protege left the roadway for unknown reasons; Wool overcorrected, steered to the left and began to slide sideways towards a utility pole. The vehicle struck the pole with its passenger side front door and sheared the pole from its foundation as the vehicle went airborne multiple times, striking trees and shrubbery. The vehicle came to final rest in the back yard residence of 518 Guardlock Road on its driver side, traveling approximately 270 feet after striking the pole. Wool was declared deceased on scene by Deputy Coroner John Hanna, Keeler said.
