Alleged DUI/Drug Possession Charges in Lycoming County
Alleged DUI/Drug Possession Charges in Lycoming County - PSP Montoursville have charged the following individuals with alleged DUI/Drug possession following investigations last year:
On Sept. 30, shortly before 8 p.m., Robert F. Curtis, 45, of Fort Worth, Texas, was found stopped alongside Route 14 in Lewis Township by Cpl. Derron Farber. Farber said Curtis was asleep in the driver's position with the engine running and the vehicle lights on. Curtis was allegedly found to have a grassy substance down the front of his shirt and lap, with a lighter beside him on the middle console. The substance was eventually determined to be a form of synthetic marijuana and more was allegedly found to be in Curtis' possession. Curtis has been charged with DUI and drug-related offenses, Farber said.
On Nov. 23, around 11:50 a.m., Cpl. Derron Farber stopped Elizabeth A. Schulte, 50, of Trout Run, for a speeding violation on Bloomingrove Road, Loyalsock Township. Once stopped, Schulte was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken into custody and charged, Farber said.
On Dec. 3, shortly before 6 p.m., Cpl. Farber stopped Kelly Boob for traffic violations on Route 1017/Lycoming creek Road in the area of Veteran's Lane, Lewis Township. Boob, 55, of Trout Run, was found to be allegedly heavily intoxicated and in possession of a marijuana cigarette when he was searched. Charges were filed.
