Police Continue to Investigate Early Morning Burglary at Muncy Creek Township Business - PSP Montoursville are examining camera surveillance from a nearby business and seeking additional information following a smash-and-dash burglary in Muncy Creek Township. Trooper Brandon Schrawder said around 1 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 28, two suspects entered the Frosty Beverage, 460 North Main Street in Muncy. The two suspects used a cinder block to break the glass portion of a side door to make entry inside the building. Once inside, the suspects stole several packs of cigarettes and cases of beer. Surveillance shows the two fleeing the scene by vehicle, Schrawder said.

Handgun Reported Stolen in Woodward Township - PSP Montoursville are seeking information in a burglary in Linden last month. Trooper Jared King said during the week of Aug. 6-12, someone entered the barn at 1443 Pine Run Road through an open door and took a black polymer Hi-Point 9 mm handgun. The firearm belongs to Benjamin Allen, 21, of 71 Weaver Street, King said. Anyone with information is asked to contact 570.368.5700.
