Williamsport Woman Jailed Following Alleged Theft Spree - PSP Montoursville took a 49-year-old city woman into custody and committed her to jail for items she allegedly stole over the weekend. Trooper Brandon Schrawder said shortly before 5 p.m. on Aug. 18, Susan Lee Seely, of Williamsport, made her way to the Loyalsock Plaza by city bus and upon arrival first went to K-Mart where she allegedly stole women's clothing item from a clearance rack outside the front of the store. Seely then went to the Dollar Tree and stole AA batteries and a pack of fake nails, before entering Giant grocery store. Seely attempted to steal nail glue but was detained by loss prevention after passing the point of purchase and walking out of the store, Schrawder said. Total value of the items was $29.26. Seely was committed to the Lycoming County Prision on $10,000 bail.
