Alleged Burglary, Simple Assault Charges Pending for Mill Hall Man - PSP Lamar jailed a 32-year-old man in connection with a burglary and simple assault incident which took place around 8:40 p.m. on June 6. Trooper Michael Flook said Galon R. Glossner entered the residence of Terry A. Confer, 55, at 129 Fairview Street, Beech Creek borough in Clinton County without Confer's permission. When Confer confronted Glossner, Glossner then instigated a fight and punched Confer with a closed fist several times in the face and head. Glossner also kicked Confer in the head and face; Confer received moderate facial injuries and went to the Lock Haven Hospital for treatment. Glossner was taken into custody and transported to the Clinton County correctional facility, Flook said.
