Mill Hall Teen Dead; Two Passengers Sustain Major Injuries in Clinton County Crash - A 19-year-old driver is dead following a crash  that occurred early this morning in Clinton County. Trooper Benjamin Campana said Joshua Fourney, of Mill Hall, was operating a 2008 Hyundai Tiburon GT, traveling east on Fairpoint Road shortly before 1 a.m. As Fourney neared the residence of 186 Fairpoint Road, he was unable to negotiatiate a left curve in the roadway and lost control of the vehicle, striking the left side embankment, causing the the car to roll several times before striking a fence and several trees and shrubs. Fourney was pronounced dead at the scene. Byce Allen, 19, of Blanchard, who was the front seat passenger, sustained major injuries and is in critical condition, while Damien Major, also 19, of Lock Haven, who was in the rear seat, sustained major injuries and is in stable condition. None of the occupants were wearing their seat belts, Campana said.
