Lock Haven Driver Sustains Minor Injury – A 73-year-old man sustained minor injuries after striking a traffic sign on Central Ave in Pine Creek Township Monday night. Trooper Sheridan of the Lamar State Police Barracks said Glenn O. Stiver, of Lock Haven, was transported to Jersey Shore Hospital after he struck a sign which damaged the undercarriage of the car while driving on Central Avenue shortly before 9:30 p.m. Stiver failed to stop at the scene and continued to drive the vehicle until all the enginge fluid ran out. Volunteer fire departments from Avis and Woolrich assisted at the scene while PennDOT provided fluid clean up, Sheridan said.
