Fugitive from Justice Apprehended in Clinton County Motel – PSP Lamar took a Texas man into custody Tuesday afternoon in Bald Eagle Township. Trooper Shane Buffone said around 3:40 p.m. on Feb. 28 Curtis Lee Reynolds, 50, of San Saba was located at the Lock Haven Motel. Reynolds had a warrant for his arrest from Texas for DWI and retaliation charges; he was taken to the Clinton County Correctional facility where he will be extradited by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Theft and Firearms Violation at Ruby Tuesday’s – PSP Lamar charged a Mill Hall man following an incident in Bald Eagle Township last Monday. Trooper Matt Maggs said Edward Holeman, 45, removed $9,300 from the coat belonging to Henry Benton, 44, Mill Hall while both were at Ruby Tuesday’s around 3 p.m. Feb. 27. During the investigation, Holeman was found to be in possession of a 32 Smith and Wesson revolver without a permit, Maggs said. Holeman was transported to the Clinton County Prison for arraignment.

Pop Tart Injury in Muncy Creek Township – PSP Montoursville report a Muncy woman was treated at Muncy Valley Hospital following a verbal altercation with her son last Saturday. Trooper Christine Fye said between 4:30 – 5 p.m. on Feb. 25, the 51-year-old mother and her 11-year-old son were arguing while at 2381 Route 405 highway when the son struck the mother on the right side of the face with a Pop Tart. Minor injuries were sustained in the altercation, Fye said.
