Train Fatality in Clinton County - PSP Lamar continue to investigate a death that occured yesterday in Wayne Township. Trooper J. M. Maggs said a black man, 43, from McElhattan, was struck by a train in the area of 1597 Youngdale Road shortly after 8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 26. Maggs said the incident is still under investigation.
