Hughesville Woman a Fatality in Three Vehicle Accident in Muncy Township - PSP Montoursville say a fatality occurred as a result of a three vehicle accident on Tuesday, January 17. Trooper Troy Hendershot said Brenda Fried, 47, of Hughesville was pronounced dead at the scene by Lycoming County Corner Charles Keissling. Fried was traveling east on John Brady Drive in Muncy Township at approximately 7:36 a.m. when she crossed the double yellow lines and struck the driver’s side rear quarter panel of the west bound vehicle driven by Kevin Richardson, 27, of Allenwood. Fried’s vehicle then continued east and collided head on with the vehicle driven by Caitlin Adams, 25, of Muncy. Fried was not wearing a seatbelt but Richardson and Adams were, Hendershot said. Richardson was not injured and Adams received minor injuries.
