PSP Montoursville Cite Mischief, Harassment Incidents in Lycoming County

PSP Montoursville Cite Mischief, Harassment Incidents in Lycoming County – Pennsylvania State Police reported the following incidents:

Chris Philip Miller, 52, of 12660 Route 287 Highway, Trout Run, was engaged in a fight at Happy Acres Lounge, 3332 Little Pine Creek Road, Waterville. Trooper Doebler said the fight took place Oct. 29, around 10 p.m.; Miller damaged tangible property belonging to the lounge and was cited for criminal mischief.

On Oct. 29, around 3 a.m., Trooper Doebler responded to 2815 Orchard Ave., Loyalsock Township following a verbal altercation between Kelley Marie Fredericks and David Martin Clemens. According to Doebler, the verbal altercation between Fredericks and Clemens became physical when Fredericks, 49, started to kick and punch at Clemens, 53. Clemens then shoved Fredericks and sat on her, Doebler said; both persons were charged with summary harassment.

A 13-year-old Williamsport juvenile threw an egg at a vehicle belonging to Douglas Ade, 42, of Montoursville, as it was parked at 1729 Four Mile Drive in Loyalsock Township. Trooper Daniel Young said the incident took place on Monday, Oct. 31, shortly before 6 p.m.

On Nov. 1, shortly after 7 pm., a 16-year-old Trout Run juvenile was struck in the head by Joseph Houser, 25, of Trout Run. Trooper Daniel Young said Houser, of 1499 Route 14 Highway, Trout Run hit the teen in the head with his fist while at the teen’s 190 Slacks Run Road residence. Harassment charges were filed with District Judge James Sortman, Young said.
