Route 287 Bridge Replacement Project Completed and Open to Traffic

Montoursville - A $1.4 million bridge replacement project on Route 287 over Larrys Creek in Mifflin Township, Lycoming County is completed and opened to traffic.
The new, single-span concrete bridge was built on the existing alignment over Larrys Creek, about 2.5 miles north of Salladasburg. Work included reconstruction of the bridge approaches with new pavement, new guiderail and drainage upgrades.
Traffic used a temporary road and crossing during the construction.
The project was built by HRI, Inc.
