PSP Montoursville Charge Motorists With Suspected DUI – Pending blood alcohol content results, the following people will be charged with suspected DUI in Lycoming County:
•    Ricky Simons, 54, of 718 Clark Street, Williamsport, committed a summary moving violation while traveling on Hepburn Street in Williamsport on Aug. 28, shortly after 12:30 a.m.
•    Donald Eugene Applegate, 51, of 250 Grandview Drive, Montgomery. According to Trooper Doebler, Applegate was operating a vehicle shortly before 1:45 a.m. on Sept. 5, traveling southbound on Route 15 in Armstrong Township when he committed a summary moving violation.
•    Mary Sue Snyder, 22, of 205 West Penn St., Muncy, took her mother-in-law’s car without her permission around 2:30 a.m. on Sept. 19. Snyder was intoxicated at the time and crashed the car prior to returning the vehicle to his mother-in-law, Trooper Douglass Hoffman said.
