Montoursville - Permanent flood-recovery repairs to two sections of Route 87 in Lycoming County will be made under a $1,846,648 emergency contract awarded to Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc.
Bids were opened yesterday; the notice-to-proceed is set for Monday, with work expected to begin shortly thereafter.

Work under this contract is scheduled for a mid-December completion.
