Michigan Man Found Dead in Vehicle – PSP Lamar report the death of a motorist in Clinton County last week. Trooper Timothy Guenot said David J. Kriss, 51, of Howell Michigan, expired from natural causes while sleeping in his vehicle. Kriss’s vehicle was parked in the rest area parking lot near mile market 192 eastbound in Greene Township during the overnight hours of Aug. 14.

Marijuana Plant Discovered Along Roadside – PSP Montoursville said a construction worker discovered a suspected marijuana plant in McIntyre Township last month. Trooper Brandon Schrawder said an employee of Duffy Construction Inc., found the plant along Long Run Road on July 12 while doing a road improvement project around 1 p.m.

DUI Charges Filed – PSP charged the following drivers with DUI:
•    Jacob Allen Watts, 31, of 204 Hughes St., Williamsport, following a May 28 vehicle accident on Route 15 in the area of White Deer Motel, Clinton Twp.;
•    Frank Daniel Gair Jr., 25, of 500 W. Second Ave., South Williamsport, following traffic violations committed in the area of E. Third St. at the Loyal Plaza, Loyalsock Twp. on July 17;
•    Jan Christopher Hornberger, 44, of 944 Broad St., Montoursville, following a summary moving violation on Interstate 180 eastbound on Aug. 6;
•    Heather Nixon, 37, of Lock Haven, following a traffic violation on Route 150 at Pennsylvania Ave. in Bald Eagle Twp., Clinton County.

Harassment Charges Filed – PSP charged the following individuals with harassment:
•    Alfred Rishel, 36, of Jersey Shore, following an altercation at the Rauchtown Inn, Rauchtown Rd., Crawford Township, Clinton County. Trooper Eric Kline of PSP Lamar said Rishel and Dustin Laubach, 29, of Jersey Shore were involved in the altercation on Aug. 18, shortly after 3 p.m. when Rishel kicked Laubach’s truck, resulting in minor damages.
•    On Aug. 13, Steven S. Gee, 37, of Trout Run, grabbed Jeremy A. Amoss, 18, of Hughesville by the neck and shoved him up against a wall on two different occasions during an altercation which took place at Amoss’s residence at 76 Baty’s Mountain Lane in Gamble Twp. Gee was charged with harassment.
•    On Aug. 11 around 8:45 a.m., Catalina Dominguez, 61 and her daughter, Belinda Climent, 41, got into a heated argument in their 73 Ciderpress Road, Lock Haven residence. Trooper David Kirkendall said Climent pushed her mother against a wall in their kitchen and held two large knives to her mother’s throat and threatened to kill her. When her brother, Juan Dominguez, 33, attempted to call police she ran after him, and bit his hand to make him let go of the phone. Climent was taken into custody; charged were filed for aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment, Kirkendall said.
•    On Aug. 8 in a vehicle while in the area of Route 118 and Green Valley Rd., Wolf Twp., the mother of an 11-year-old boy and James Edward Gordon got into a verbal altercation. Trooper Christine Fye said during the altercation, the son stepped in and told Gordon to stop yelling at his mother; Gordon lunged over the seat and head-butted the boy in the forehead, Fye said.
