Evangelical Hospital names Ashleigh Wetzel as June employee of the month

LEWISBURG-- Evangelical Community Hospital recently named Ashleigh Wetzel of Lewisburg its June Employee of the Month. Wetzel is the Training Specialist in the Human Resources Department.

"Ashleigh sees challenges as great opportunities, and I welcome each opportunity to work with her," Community Health Education Instructor Deb Shaffer, who nominated Wetzel, said. "She has so many fresh ideas, and works proactively to implement them. She is wonderful to work with."

Wetzel's supervisor, Angela Hummel, commented, "We continually hear remarks from our new employees about Ashleigh's ability to provide a "red carpet" experience during orientation. She definitely sets a great standard as a leader and represents Evangelical's Core Values every day."

Employees of the Month are chosen on the criteria of Evangelical's Core Values, which include: quality service, compassion, respect, courtesy, professionalism, honesty, integrity, trustworthiness, cooperation, creativity and innovation.
