MONTGOMERY -- A Montgomery woman sustained minor injuries when she was involved in a two-vehicle crash at Route 405 (Montgomery Street) just east of High Street in the borough at 4:20 p.m. March 9, 2017. According to State Police in Montoursville, Judith A. Strothers, 59, of Montgomery, was driving north on Route 405 in a 2005 Ford Taurus and hit the rear bumper of a 2008 Dodge Avenger driven by Jeanette L. Huggler, 26. Huggler's vehicle was stopped and had its left turn signal on, as she was waiting to attempt to turn left.
