Man Charged by Police After Stealing Computer and Selling at Pawn Shop

LOYALSOCK TOWNSHIP -- State Police in Montoursville said Derek Evan Mandresh, 23, of Williamsport, stole $40 from a victim's wallet at the 1900 block of Poco Farm Road in Loyalsock Township sometime between February 11 and March 6, 2017. In addition, he took the victim's credit card and used it without consent at various locations. Further investigation revealed that Mandresh stole a computer tower and sold it to a pawn shop in Williamsport.

He was arraigned on March 17 on charges of access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Mandresh was released on $10,000 bail.
