The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission's (PFBC) Boating Advisory Board will meet at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 7, at the PFBC headquarters, located at 1601 Elmerton Ave., Harrisburg, Pa. 17110.
