Bell picks up back-to-back PSAC East Athlete of the Week honors

Sophomore Joe Bell has been named Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Athlete of the Week for the second straight week after leading the Mansfield University men's basketball team to a 1-1 weekend at the Winter Park, Fla. Rotary Tangerine Tournament.
