Nunaka Valley Little League celebrates first Junior League Softball World Series Crown

SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (Aug. 18, 2012) - The Nunaka Valley (West Region Champions) Little League softball team from Anchorage, Alaska, captured the 14th Junior League Softball World Series in Kirkland, Wash., on Saturday, defeating Layritz Little League (Canada Region Champion) from Victoria, British Columbia, 6-2.
