College Foundation’s Annual Golf Classic to Feature D.A. Weibring

Five-time PGA Tour winner D.A. Weibring will be the visiting pro at the Penn College Foundation’s 26th Annual Golf Classic on Monday, June 25, at the Williamsport Country Club. Net proceeds from the event will benefit the foundation's Golf Classic Endowed Scholarship Fund, investment income from which generates more than $40,000 in scholarships each year. Since 1990, 383 scholarships have been awarded from the fund, providing more than $441,000 in financial assistance to Penn College students. "We’re thrilled to have D.A. highlight what is consistently one of the finest charity golf outings in the region,” said Robb Dietrich, foundation executive director.
