High School Teams Share $1,000 to Fund 'Leadership' Projects

Student teams from three area secondary schools will share $1,000 to fund civic projects they proposed during Penn College's second annual Youth Leadership Program. More than two dozen high school juniors and sophomores graduated Wednesday from the program, designed to educate students and motivate them to understand the needs of their communities and to take an active role in addressing them.
