Student Awarded Prestigious Scholarship From Trade Association

A Penn College student has been awarded one of only six $5,000 national scholarships from the National Association of Oil and Energy Service Professionals association. Zachary R. Baylor, of Danville, in his first year toward an associate degree in heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology: commercial refrigeration emphasis, will receive a Dave Nelsen Scholarship at the group's annual convention and trade show in Providence, R.I., in May.
