North Campus Holds Ceremony for Practical Nursing Graduates

Fifteen students graduated from the noncredit practical nursing program at Penn College’s North Campus on Dec. 15. Graduates completed 1,504 clock hours of classroom and clinical instruction, with clinical experiences obtained at Laurel Health System, Broad Acres Health and Rehabilitation Center and other area facilities. They are eligible to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses and may be employed in hospitals, long-term care facilities, clinics, hospice, schools and other health-care organizations.
