Assistant Vice President at Penn College Awarded Doctorate

Tracy L. Brundage, assistant vice president for workforce and economic development at Penn College, has earned a doctorate from The Pennsylvania State University. Brundage was awarded a Ph.D. in workforce education with a major in training and human resource management Dec. 17. Her dissertation was titled “A Study Examining the Value of Pre-Employment Training Conducted by the Marcellus Shale Education and Training Center in Response to the Needs of the Gas and Oil Industry.”
