Ralph Roberts to Open for Craig Robinson

MANSFIELD, PA— Comedian Ralph Roberts will be the opening act for Craig Robinson at Straughn Hall on Wednesday, November 16 at 8 p.m.
Roberts has performed as a headliner and opening act at comedy clubs around the country. His style has been described as “Boyz in the Hood” meets “Pleasantville” and as “a man with a ghetto mentality and a college degree.”
Robinson is best known for his work on the NBC sitcom The Office, playing warehouse manager Darryl Philbin. His movie credits include Eastbound and Down, Hot Tub Time Machine, and Pineapple Express.
He will be performing with his Nasty Delicious Band, which is part of his stand-up act.
Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the MU Campus Bookstore in Alumni Hall, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets can also be purchased on-line at tix.com and will also be available at the door. All concert seating is general admission. Doors open at 7 p.m.
MU students can pick up their one free ticket in Alumni Hall, third floor mezzanine, from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
This special concert event is sponsored by the Student Activities Office, in conjunction with the Student Government Association and Committee on Finance. It is funded by student activity fees.
