Fish and Boat Commission to Hold Groundbreaking Ceremony at Dutch Fork Lake

The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission is inviting the public to a groundbreaking ceremony on Monday, Aug. 1, to mark the beginning of a $4.5 million construction project to rebuild the dam at Dutch Fork Lake in Donegal Township, Washington County.
