Rain to Mark the Boundary Between Cold and Warm

Wednesday 8 a.m. The cold front that brought wind-driven rain to parts of the Middle Atlantic region yesterday sped offshore. This morning, there is a high pressure area over the Southeast. It is creating a flow of warmer air from the Gulf of Mexico to the Ohio Valley. At first, this air mass is pretty dry, but as that flow
