Patricia E. Bailey, 75, of 400 Kane Street, South Williamsport, died Monday, December 14, 2009 at the Jersey Shore Hospital Emergency Room.

Pat retired from C.A. Reeds, was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and loved to cook. She enjoyed family gatherings, was a devoted care-giver to her mother-in-law, Martha, in her final years and will be sadly missed by all who knew her and the lives she touched.

Born March 12, 1934 in Wilkes-Barre she was the daughter of Thomas and Kathryn Housel Turner.

Surviving are her husband of 52 years, Lawrence F. Bailey; sons, Lawrence F. II (Bonnie) of Howard and Charles E. (Michelle) of Montgomery; a daughter, Deborah E. (John) Young of Jersey Shore; a brother, Robert Turner of Montgomery; a sister, Betty Miller of Wilkes-Barre; and grandchildren, Jason, Joeleen, Lance, Shawn, Matthew, Chelsie, Denay and Brennan and five great grandchildren.

Pat was predeceased by her parents, four sisters and two brothers.

Graveside services will be at the convenience of the family at Wildwood Cemetery with the Rev. Kenneth R. Elkin officiating. No visitation.
